i. Ready to create the PIF Website

We recommend that you copy the files, once created over to a second computer at the station thats soul purpose is to display the PIF website to the public. This way nobody will have access to this program and they will not be able to make any changes.

When you press the Create PIF Website button, you will notice that 2 shortcuts are created on the desktop of this computer.

One is an HTML Folder and the other is the shortcut to view the actual Public Inpection File website for this station.

You would want to copy the HTML folder over to a USB Flash Drive or accross the network to the hard drive of the second computer/the computer that the public will have access to.

Optionally you can upload all of the contents of the HTML folder to your website into a folder all by itself and allow the public to view your public inspection file from your website.
